Their website says "Crypto" template and all the templates are for Joomla 3. There is no suggestion they work on Joomla 5.
Suggestion - use the browser diagnostic tool (F12 key usually), and see if it shows any javascript or other errors concerning the buttons, or the action of clicking the buttons for the save/close.
