Change it with a Language Override.

The above example is for the News Feed component. Repeat the process for the Module language override.

Although this DOES resolve my question for which I thank you and I have indicated the topic as resolved I have a followup question.
WHY does the COM_NEWSFEEDS_ERROR_FEED_NOT_FOUND Override not show up in a Language override search? Before -OR- even AFTER I located, modified and saved it with
the NEW+ function?
