Administration Joomla! 5.x • Slow website - hosting company reports errors

Our website loads fast for 1 minute and then hangs for 1 minute - all day long. In the 1 minute that the website loads fast, the cache can be cleared and the website can be reloaded as many times as you wish - it will load fast. In the next minute (around 50 seconds), the website hangs and only fully loads after around 50 seconds. This fast, stall, fast, stall ... pattern repeats itself on the minute ... all day long.

Our hosting company replied the following to my support ticket;

"I have checked the server error logs, the issue that you need to look at the files /bootstrap.php(42/framework.php(17/autoload.php etc file path below

I am completely out of my depth and I desperately need help!
Where to from here?
